(Disclosure- I am a manager and bartender here, as well as a player.) Stewart's is a 200-seat full-service restaurant and brewpub with a 40-seat bar. There are 40 Playmakers available self-service. Trivia is on 6-7 screens, viewable anywhere in the restaurant. Poker on 1-2 screens or by request. You'll almost always find someone playing trivia, with heaviest activity around happy hour. Our players are generally friendly and engaging. We are almost always a solo bar, with a few exceptions: Wednesday Six is always a team game. (Sometimes SciFiles, PastTimes & Lexitopia, as well.) Sunday afternoons between the SuperBowl and when it gets too nice out, we give out prizes, sometimes for team play. We participate in the occasional Showdown tournament. Every once in a while we'll play a random game as a team just to get our name in lights. By law, the entire restaurant is smoke-free. We are located in a strip mall with ample parking. Families are welcome. Large groups are welcome. Full menu is available from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 a.m., every day. Great hand-crafted beer all the time. |

My first site was a brewpub, the late Thirsty Dog Brewing Company in Fairlawn, Ohio (suburban Akron, if you're keeping score). It was a good trivia environment, the food was good, and the beer was exquisite! Yes, I still miss the old Dog. Remembering that experience, I read the original post and tried to think of excuses to make a roadie to Delaware. If I'm ever in that area, Stewart's just made the "short list" I have of out-of-town Buzztime venues to hit. Given that it's a brewpub, I hope it's growler-friendly and that cab prices are reasonable! |

That said, there are plenty of hotels and motels around. Seriously- let me know if you'll be through our fair state at some point! |

Sounds like a nice place Akbar. I'll have to stop by if I ever make it to Delaware. |

Sounds like a good place for a little road trip. Are there any tunnels or really long bridges along the way to get to the site? |

Hi Akbar, It was nice meeting you down in West Virginia this past weekend and thanks for bringing some brews to sample. Definitely some good stuff. That IPA and Brown Ale you brought were excellent. If I'm ever in the area, I'll make it a point to stop by. A brewpub that has BT...the best of both worlds ![]() Cheers, --Tia |

We did and will again, if possible. |

AKBAR was nice enough to leave a growler of the Brown Ale with me on Sunday and it was gone before the legal drinking time (1:00 on Sunday...dang Blue Laws!). Good stuff. Looking forward to an end of summer trip. I think AKBAR learned what not to do from me, so his gathering of the tribes should be an excellent event. ![]() |

I look forward to your visit. I just regret that "West By God Virginia" sounds so much better than "Dela By God Where?" |

Besides, I think Stewarts can craft a brew that goes well with ramps. Maybe a nice smoked beer. |
