Those of you who play a lot at Buffalo Wild Wings are probably familiar with their customer surveys, which earn you six free wings for giving them your opinion of various aspects of the BWW you visited.

They have a new survey now. They now ask why you chose to come to BWW. One of the choices is to play NTN trivia.

I encourage all BT trivia players to fill these out. If BT lost the 600+ sites that BWW represents, I think it would kill the company.

There's no doubt in my mind, it would kill the company. Haven't seen one of these new surveys yet but I'll keep an eye out. Really that's the only reason I'd ever go to a BW-3. Food is definitely overpriced, beer is as well in most locations.

Cheers,

I noticed that change on the survey also. The management at my site is already aware of the main reason I come in, but I will be sure to select that option every time I fill out a survey.

I just got done filling one out.

BT is the only reason I go to BWW. I also know that management does not really like having to deal with BT.

I got one last week and filled it out and told them BT was my main (actually only) reason for going.

I guess I'll go to BW's today after work, just so that I can get the survey and fill it out.

Ironic....the survey turns out to be a marketing promotion

No, they consider it a burden to deal with BT and don't realize that there's alot of people out there like us who would never set foot inside a BW-3 again without it. Just this past weekend, I had to show a manager how to schedule QB-1. When it comes to BT, even management doesn't have a clue about it most of the time....either just doesn't know or doesn't care to know.

I talked to a bartender at a local BW's last night, and she said that the survey prints out once every three checks. Lucky me, because I wound up with 2 surveys (one when I cashed out with the afternoon barkeep, and once from the evening barkeep).

I spent a little bit over $500 at BW3 last year, which is admittedly incredibly low compared to those of you who visit there even semi-regularly. I can say for sure that if they didn't have BT, there's a strong chance I would have spent $0.

I'm a lot better off. Our general manager makes sure the system is working properly, and they try to coordinate so a TV near the QB1 TV has that game on.

Even though we aren't playing much these days, we will be sure to fill a few out too. Face it: for better or worse BWW has become the 800 pound gorilla for BT. If they dropped it NTN is, in a word, hosed. But we realize we are lucky to have a trivia-friendly management, perhaps because the GM and all the assistant managers know us well after years of playing there.
