One of the features I liked on the BT site, which has since been removed, were the "member since" dates listed on each player's profile page. It's a shame that BT got rid of that info. Today is my 6th year BT anniversary, although I remember playing the "Presidential Birthplace" Passport game the night before that. Either my registration wasn't entered into the old NTN system until the next business day or I staggered back to the bar the following night and wound up playing Old Six.

Anyone else wax nostalgic about his/her BT born on date?

I had forgotten about that; it was a nice feature.

I bet it went away when the handles were redesigned.

Thing is though, that date meant next to nothing to a lot of us. All it indicated was when you last transferred your points, or signed up for P+ if you never moved your points, when you registered at BT's website.

Yes, that was the case for me. I first joined PlayersPlus back in 1999 or so, but the old BT website had me listed as joining in April 2004, I think, which is when I transferred my home location most recently.

Yea, IIRC I had about the same thing. I think I started playing around 1997 or 1998. Website had me listed at like '04-'06

According to my P+ data I sprang fully formed into the trivia universe in January of 1995.
Well, not so much sprang... more like trundled...
All of the trivia games that I played before that must have been in an episode of "Dallas" or "Newhart"...

My start date was really messed up. According to my start date, I had racked up 10M PP points in less than a year.

My buzztime birthdate is September 30, 2000. That day is very special because it was the day that I separated from my ex husband. I can say it was the best 250 pounds I ever lost.

My hatching was sometime early in 2001 . . . *slow dawning realization of a decade of pounding playmaker keys* . . . I had played BT occasionally during high school, but it wasn't until I started working for 7-11 that I got into the game habitually. LEX and I would go over to the Hospitality Inn and play against "the WHO" - and usually lose. He "only" had around 45 million P+ points back then

I still remember the acid-trip-coloured picture of Einstein that introduced Brainbuster, and I still want them to bring back the constellation and underwater themes for countdown. PENGWN Swims Ahead!

I started early in 1998. It would be nice if they could restore this feature with REAL join dates.
