New Scaratings

At least where we're playing, there doesn't seem to be any correlation between what we put in as our responses to the basketball-related questions on who is going to make it to the Final Four, etc. We noticed it when I was threatening mayhem who put in Missouri as a response to "who is likely to be gone within two rounds," so of course COOGS put it in, but the response rate was shown as 0%. So we experimented on some other questions, and even when we would put all the boxes on the same response, it would still show up as some (apparently random) distribution across several possible responses.

Yet another BT thing that doesn't work.

^Yeah, it's unclear how they're doing the results. We've just assumed those were the network wide results. (There's not enough time to collect the individual bar's data and include it in the instant network wide result...maybe it kicks in the next time the air the question).

Obviously if you voted for something that's still getting 0% the next time you see the question, then something is probably out of whack. (It's possible that choice could just be getting 0.4% and they're rounding down to 0%...although that's probably giving them too much benefit of the doubt).

Tell COOGS we're going to step outside to have a little "discussion" about this matter next time I'm down there.

These have to be system-wide correlated responses.
On the "best team of all time" question "Indiana - 1976" only gets 18%. If the responses were only from our bar that number would be considerably higher.
I have no idea as to the frequency of correlation. I would assume nightly.

Given their history, I'd assume the numbers are made up.

Yesterday they didn't have em on at all....instead I see the same questions for "21 Jump Street".....Next film they wanna give tickets to, They need to do that to a movie that don't suck. "American Reunion" is gonna be way better than the comedic remake of another TV drama.

All things being equal, isn't Indiana '75 generally thought better?

Of course as usual on these polls, None of the Above would have made a great choice.

Mine looks like it got hit by 3 nuclear bombs. With all the red marks on it, it looks like a UConn player's final exam.

Pretty much a push. If Scott May doesn't break his arm in '75, back to back perfecto seasons seems more likely than not. No way UCLA would have beaten that '75 squad.
And if anyone has any doubts as to the basketball IQ of John Wooden as he was getting older, his retirement should have put them to rest. Look at how he knew the exact moment to get out of the way of the sledgehammer coming in '76.
