I'm out-of-town for work, a little while ago log-on to BT to review stats and find my P+ had jump up by 11.9M points.
I immediately call BT to see what happened. According to the techi that I talked to "I called about a dormant account to close." I informed them, I have only had one P+ account since I started Halloween 2000. They corrected my account to the corrct P+ level on the spot. 
They are going keep an eye out see if this is tried again.
