For the second time in three weeks on Tuesday, the system at Stringz and Wingz in Streetsboro suddenly locked a number of people out, including all mobile device players and a number of people on the regular boxes. The ones on boxes were endlessly instructed to try again, while mobile device players were told that the system was not connected to the network. The manager called Buzztime and they did something on their end, while at the same time saying that everyone had to log out and all the boxes had to be put back in the chargers before they could be used again.
Has anyone else ever run into this problem before? Is there a way to fix/prevent it?
