Brian, Can you possibly expand your territory to include New York? We can't even get more than six working boxes at our BWW in Forest Hills. (In case you don't know, that's part of Queens, which is part of New York City. The website doesn't include our location when you type in New York City to find locatioins to play.) XTrain |

Are you also the area rep for southern Ohio? I play in Ironton, Ohio at the Buffalo Wild Wings. A couple of things if you could help us out. There are supposed to be 20 tablets, but the last few weeks only about ten. Management says they sent non-working tablets back but it's been awhile. Also any Showdown competitions we would like to be involved in if possible. |

XTrain Xtrain, Unfortunately I do not have the authority to expand my territory. However, I have brought this to the attention of the appropriate people to take care of this. I am sorry for the inconvenience. If this happens in the future you could always remind the manager to give our tech team a call. They are fantastic at finding resolutions. |

However, I did look into this and could not find anything stating any current tablet issues. Everything looks to be working properly on our end. You could have their management give our customer service line a call to take a more in depth look if you would like. |

Here's the problem with some of your advice, management at 90%+ of BT locations has zero clue. They don't know if the games are running correctly, they don't know if the PM's are working, they are blissfully ignorant of the entire setup. If a customer mentions an issue, they'll simply look at a monitor, see the game running, and claim there is no problem. It is extremely difficult to get management to take the time to pick up the phone and make that call. I have found in my 23 years of dealing with NTN/BT that your customer service is fantastic, but with typical site management being what it is, BT rarely knows where the issues are. It's kind of like some of your promotions with programmable games, "just ask your server to turn on QB1 and you can play!" Well, maybe 1% of employees and managers know how to program games. Regardless, it is nice to have BT reps here and letting customers know what out options are. Thanks! |

I do understand this issue as I have run into similar situations myself. If management continues to allow the issues to go unattended, you as player can call into our customer service line to inform us of the locations issues. That will start a series of events that will allow us to contact the location and resolve the issue. Just be sure to follow the appropriate prompts when calling in. |

Last night I found out from the manager that two more tablets had broken and he sent them back yesterday. Down to less than ten tablets now. He said he never has gotten any returned and blamed it on the location being a franchise instead of a corporate owned. He said that he has called about getting new tablets but that Buzztime has yet to send any. The issue is terrible. The ones we had last night had chips in the case so those could break at anytime too. |
