Tonight, I was playing the 8pm PDT Countdown game at BWW Concord Ca, the game seemed to be working fine (I had finished 15th in the previous game)... Game went to commercial after question 10 and never came back. I waited til 8:30 to see if the game would kick back in, but no dice. Did anyone else here have the game disappear on 'em? |

That does happen from time to time. It is usually just a minor connection problem at your location. A quick 2 minute reboot of the buzztime computer will generally fix the connection problem. It used to happen at our BWW quite often until they got a new internet system from Verizon. These things are all related to the location's internet not buzztime. Next time just ask to speak to a BWW manager. Just a quick push of the blue botton on the computer will do it. No call to buzztime needed unless the reboot doesn't fix it. |

Yes that is the tricky part for sure. Sometimes the bartenders at BWW know the drill and they are often close to the computer. The BT computer is usually in or on top of the TV cabinet that houses all the Direct TV receivers near the bar. I usually start there and ask for a manager if the bartenders are newbies or don't give a shit. |
