As one of Buzztime's 1078 remaining shareholders, I was just looking over the annual report and other materials associated with this coming Friday's shareholder meeting and vote (not likely to attend though).

Here are three of the items on which I have been asked to vote.

item 3: To approve an amendment to our Restated Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of total authorized shares from 94 million to 178 million and to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock from 84 million to 168 million.

item 4: to vote on a non-binding advisory resolution to approve the compensation of our named executive officers.

Why not try a holiday in Sweden this year

item 5: to vote on a non-binding advisory basis regarding the frequency of future voting on the non-binding advisory vote on the compensation of our named executive officers.

and a moose once bit my sister...

That's amazing.
Still more than 1000 people literally invested in BT's future.
If I could ever motivate myself to dig out the change from my sofa, I could likely get controlling interest in this juggernaut...

178 million shares? Talk about a classic penny share.
