About 80% of Buzztime locations are using one of the older standards (which includes the most recent SiteHub sites), which will need to be updated at some point this year. No answer as to what happens if location doesn't/won't upgrade.
If you get the new package with tablets, the tablets will be updated every two years.
The Buzztime app will be updated to a more modern look by Valentine's Day.
BGN Black locations do not get a choice of questions in the Category Round of Showdown or the amount bet in the Final Round of Six. Didn't sound like this was going to be corrected at all, nor not seeing certain types of locations on your leaderboard. Didn't sound like Buzztime would reverse multiple players from a single location on the leaderboard, either.
These meetings were meant for existing and potential customers, but what they're getting are players and a few players who bought their own sites.
