- The new player rewards program starts in March
Anyone wanna lay odds on this NOT involving facebook or twitter?

- New look game graphics start in March for many games, more shorter games at lunch time, more pop oriented games late at night
I'm not sure how you get much shorter than 7 questions in 15 minutes. What are they gonna do, 5 questiosn in 10 minutes? Late night pop culture is ok me with me as long as it's after the premium games.

- Client coupons to the players via mobile device playmakers in 2012
They're obviously trying to increase mobile playmaker usage. It's a cool idea and I give them points for embracing new technology, but the mobile playmaker still needs a fair amount of work before it will be a suitable replacement for a physical playmaker.

- Development of Tablet Playmakers with internet access and direct marketing, replacing the current playmakers
I question the viablility of this with existing tablets. Playmakers get beat to hell and gunked up regularly. This seems like more a long term goal at best.

- Micro payments by players to BT for game playing tips, ranking info, scores etc on mobile devices
It sounds to me like they're creating an enhanced version of the mobile Playmaker which won't be a free app. I hope this doesn't mean they're getting rid of the free stats and rankings currently available on their website.

- Data grabbing & mining, gameplay, length of visit followed by targeted emails to entice return visit
Cool idea in theory but I hope they put some intelligence around it. I don't wanted to get spammed with an email every single time I play.

- Badges, new reward levels and reward platforms that would put new customers on an even field with long time players, currently new players can never attain the highest levels, facebook etc
Meh, whatever. I can see it now, "Like buzztime on facebook and get 1,000 PP points! Get one of your friends to be our friend and get 5,000 points."

- Mobile platforms a priority
I think we get that by now. To reiterate, cool idea, not yet ready for primetime.

- 64% of logins are as a guest, this must change so data/emails can be mined.
Generally people playing as guests fall into one of three categories:
- Casual players who play infrequently and don't want to go through a sign up process just to play a couple games every now and then
- kids
- Regular players who don't want their gameplay to be tracked or buzztime to have their info
I'm not sure what Buzztime can do other than getting rid of guest access and forcing everyone to have an account. I think this would be a big mistake as most of these types of players would probably just stop playing.

- 73% of logins are by only 26% of the registered players
I'm surprised this isn't even more skewed. I would have thought it would be 90/10.
